Welcome to Blokfeed ("Service," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using Blokfeed, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

1. Service Overview

Blokfeed is a subscription-based digital publication that provides curated cryptocurrency news and insights. Paid subscribers receive newsletters by email and can access content on the Blokfeed website.

• Daily Briefs – concise curated updates of relevant news and developments.
• Weekly Digests (future) – broader contextual analysis of weekly trends.
• Ad-Free Content – content delivered without third-party advertisements.

We may make limited content available for free at our discretion.

2. Subscriptions & Payment

• Subscription access requires payment of a recurring monthly fee, currently $5/month.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not provided, except as required by law.
• We may offer discounts, promotions, or coupon codes at our discretion.

3. Accounts & Usage

• Subscribers must create an account to access paywalled content.
• Each subscription is for one individual only. Account sharing is not permitted.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Blokfeed content is for personal, non-commercial use. Copying, distributing, or reselling content is prohibited without written consent.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account (without refund) if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Attempt to resell or redistribute Blokfeed content.
• Engage in scraping, automated access, or other abusive practices.

You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings.

5. Intellectual Property

All Blokfeed content, trademarks, logos, and materials are owned by Blokfeed or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is prohibited.

6. Data & Privacy

• We collect and process subscriber information (e.g., name, email, payment details) to provide the Service.
• Technical data (e.g., IP addresses, user agents, engagement metrics) may also be collected.
• Subscriber data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, unless retention is legally required.
• Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data and is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Service Availability

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimers

• Blokfeed content is for informational purposes only.
• We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.
• We make no guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of content.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blokfeed and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Blokfeed in the 3 months preceding any claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Connecticut, which you agree have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
